I was going to put it on the bottom of the suspension leg but when I offered it all up I was far too concerned about the camera wire getting involved in the brake disc or wheel.

I then offered it up under the front fairing but didn't like the idea of drilling holes on my bike. The other place is to make a bracket of some sort for it to sit on the wing mirror mount.

If you wanted to get technical about it then you could always try and put it in the front headlight but you might have a problem with reflection.

You also have to ask yourself does it have to be pointing forwards? Who ever it was (Jester?) that did the filming at the AR08 had some really good footage with the camera pointing backwards.

You could put it right on the tail of the bike, the snowplough, the rear pillion peg or even try and be cleaver and put it onto the swing arm so you get some great shots of the chain working. The only downside to putting it on the swing arm would be you only need 1 small blob of chain oil to ruin hours of footage.

Went out today for a larl trundel around the North,
Went over to Hartside again with Cash... BLOODY place was CLOSED... and it was in the clouds again...
So I didn't bother going all the way over and back as roads were greasy and wet... plus there's a great long diesel spill over the tops on the way from Hartside through Altson and towards Hexam...
It takes an age to download from SD card to the computer... 3gb in an hour...
now need to install some editing software and learn how use it.
