North yorkshire... Had a meeting with an unmarked car today...

i think they are wising up to it, i no that in leeds they at one point used a lambo as an undercover car!!! and i think in the ilkley area there is also a blue suberu imprezza with gold rims, i have head that is a unmarked car

I've seen a blue scooby and a grey BMW 3 Series along along the A19 around Northallerton area.

Apparently there's/was an unmarked old model Fireblade around North Yorkshire aswell.

nice, never new they did unmarked bikes, must be a sweet job being a bike cop

Volvo T6 light, 52 plate, blue/grey; no extra aerials, no extra mirrors, no noticeable signs/lights in the back window.

Over took him on the Helmsley road, took him awhile to catch up.

Saw the same car today working the A59 east of harrogate and also the A1 stretch at Boroughbridge.

Saw him three times, each time writing a ticket and finally with the blues and twos on going somewhere quickly.

As said above, no discernable marks on it anywhere. Couldn't even see the guys inside wearing the dayglo jackets.
