Do you not have any track/racing insurance then? So if you come off and damage your bike or another riders bike or even another rider who forks out for medical bills and for new parts / bikes etc???

No there is no insurance. Well personal insurance. ( A sort of life insurance/personal injury, but its not compulsary.)

No, its a dangerous sport and every rider knows the risks. If your bike gets damaged you pay for the repairs. All part of the game.
