Why dont you get her to put her arm right round you and push against the fuel tank ?

I think thats a good idea, much better than £300. Or you could make a cheap equivellent and get a couple of strips of velcro and stick some to her leathers/textiles and some to the seat.

PS Nice use of images

Kerri and I had the same issues, Kerri would always be holding onto me and the grabrail at the same time. I bought a triboseat thing and I didnt feel her weight on me again. I asked her afterwards and she said she hadn't even needed to hold onto the grabrail.
+1 for the Tibroseat. I got one for the other half and it made a huge difference.

Wundaweb type seat covering and using the the fuel tank has got to be the way to go. Maybe you'll have to rein in your riding for a bit until your missus gets used to using different muscles and finding the seating position that suits you both.

My mrs complains about that too.
She holds onto the grab rail (which I hate) and I prefer her to hold onto me.
After nearly losing her a while ago I got some pillion pal handles and we seem to get on ok with them.

Of course the best solution is to get your other half to do her test and get her own bike

Liz sits on the back of my GSXR one had through the strap on the seat and the other hand shes been know to use to text on her phone. I'm pretty sure I'e also felt her go to sleep on the back to. Normally I dont even notice shes there.

Sounds like your other half isnt very confident on the back of the 675.

shes pretty new to the whole biking thing to be fair to her so its semi understandable.. i think when the weather is loads nicer we will go for some slow bimbles... the only problem is that the 675 and slow arnt compatable words lol... however i will try to be good lol,

we are now looking at intercomms too.. however ive been told to get one with an ipod mode.. so im not deafened with "yakity yak yak.". mels pretty good to be honest though.. well at the mo
