Some compromises I accept. The strap-on can get too hot I find (30+C continental riding)
I just got new leathers made - and when they found out I already had the standalone Forcefield L2 they recommended that they didnt put a L2 insert into the jacket as its not as long - my standalone one actually tucks into the trousers of the leathers.

Did it feel a bit weird to start with ?
Give it 5 minutes to warm up on your back and it gets softer and follows the shape of your back. You forget its on after that, i cannot recommend it highly enough

Knox are also another reputable company to look at when trying on back protectors.

Second that. They need to get up to body temperature it seems, after that you just don't feel it's there (apart from getting hot....)

Does anyone know where I can pick one of these up in and around the Kings Cross Area?

Thanks, Steve.

Give Infinity Motorcycles a go at Great Portland Street. That's were I got mine from, and then sold it to Soulkiss, but I'll be getting another one from them soon

These are the same standard as the Forcefield L2. Hmmm, might have to try one out as Held are known to make very good kit.

I wear one of these under my textiles, cost me about £80, made by the people who make the Forcefields.

Its good and i always wear it, like above some times it rides up a bit.
