Yeah it's all in good nick as I bought a new one around 2 months ago and fitted it and adjusted it all correct. Oil level is just below full line with a level and upright bike.

I'm going to drain the cooling system and the oil out and service the clutch plates and see if that sorts it. Gives me chance to put some new coolant in then and some fresh oil also.

By the way has anyone got any tips on draining and refilling the cooling system when I come to take the engine casing off?
I have a Haynes but there not always very helpful.

For a Curvy you don't need to take the side case off to get the plates out - just the outer plastic case, and if it's on the sidestand you don't even need to drop the oil out either.

That's the thing though. They sent me the wrong Gasket, it's for the whole casing rather than just the clutch housing and the main one is leaking a little anyway.
Should I just leave the leak and get a clutch o ring or do the whole thing?

I'd get the 'O' ring, no point taking the side case off until it's proven necessary.
