I had a TZR125 back in the day!! complete with dodgy powervalve kit (12bhp honestly guv). I can remember riding with the back brake partially on in the dark for about 5 miles when a police car was was behind me so they thought (both) the back bulbs had'nt failed (again). That was the first bike to pull my arms out of the sockets, that power band was awesome. Good memories, saying that i still have mine waiting for me to finish respraying it

Thanks for the advice. I hope to have the bike through the MOT soon enough (PS thanks for the tip on wheel alignment cos I've got to change the chain and spockets). Give me a shout if you fancy a ride out, nice to know there's other SV owners nearby

Zubes, mine got me in a fair share of trouble, but that's another story (I do still miss the 2 stroke smell though!!). I'll look out for the pink helmet

will keep an eye out for you guys, im in sileby but work in mountsorrell, and am always in loughborough and the general area, will have to go for a ride when me and my bike is fixed. you dont by any chance regularly pass by the roundabout near budgens do you, used to see a blue pointy go past regularly sometime with another bike but i could swear the helmet was pink,

Yeah thats me, thats the roundabout i nearly fell off on when it was snowing ! Why do i feel excited that someone has seen me? lol Yeah we should all deffinately go for a ride out.

ah was wondering who it was that saves another spotted thread on here. er. had it 4 days and got took out by a van who decided to to drive on my side of the road and claim not to see me, its a cat d, but all i really need is a footpeg hanger and a gear lever,, and a few other bits and it will be back on the road, and next time you go towards the roundabout look out at the van place on the left opposite the bus shelter, tis called apetito, n il give you a wave.

Yeah thats definately me. Thats not good, but least there isn't too much damage to repair, my bike was a cat d when i bought it and it literally had a few minor scratches and a dodgy gear lever, got it for a great price though.

Will try and give ya a wave today, gonna be going into Loughborough at some point.

bloody hell, from the glances if had at the bike it definately doesnt look like a cat d looks awsome, how much did you pick it up for?? am i right in remembering that its an 05??
