Haha.

All much and such the same I suppose?
Would be handy for taking the bike away on trips, GMII, Rockness, AR etc.

I have the Bags-Connection Speedpack for my bike , absolutely epic system and I managed to grab one on "Special" a few years ago for £90

I got the Oxford humpback ones, seem to do their job, the zips are a nice water resistant type of setup where the zip is not on display/rubberised etc... they fit pretty good to the bike and have loads of fixings and straps to tie it to anything and everything.

My friend has the Ventura Luggage setup, but that is quite a bit more cash...... but it is nice.

You'll be fine with the normal ones then, don't pay extra for the humpbacks.

Erm, that would be me, what you trying to say!

Chris you say those humpbacks are more expensive than the normal ones, but they're not waterproof, what is it extra that you're paying for?

Are ours waterproof? I know we allus use bin bags as well but I don't remember ever finding water in them either.

The humpbacks are the right shape to use with a high level/upswept can without setting them on fire.

Hmm ok. And yeah you may have a point about the panniers, I don't think we've found anything damp in there yet, I thought we used binbags 'cos they weren't but clearly just you being paranoid.
