Some companies (I know honda have) have stopped including free first service. It will now be the dealers labour and parts that you have to pay for, 1st service should only be 1 hour, you are prob looking around the £80 - £100 mark (give or take) if this is the case. Ask them if you have to pay for the labour.

haggle them for a free service
wear them down by humming and arghing they usually give in rather than lose a sale |

Friend of mine is picking up a brand new sv650 sport this week, the dealer has thrown in front mudguard extender, rear hugger, and alarm - so they will throw in stuff to seal the deal, it would appear
