Be British about it.

Give her a slap and tell her to pull herself together.

FFS this is England not America. A stiff upper lip and cup of tea and all problems are resolved.

If that fails, hide the kids pet rabbit

With respect Slark I really don`t think it`s fair on your wife to be posting something so personal on here. It`s a very private matter and IMO should be kept between the 2 of you.

I hope though that your wife finds it a big help .

There's nothing wrong with seeing a psychiatrist! Just as if you had a skin complaint you see a skin specialist, if you've got anxiety/depression issues you see a psychiatrist - simple as that! - don't sweat it, it's no big deal (unless you make it one), the idea is she will sort out whatever problems she has and move on

Understand! But as noone knows my wife on here it's reasonably safe, and in a way this is where I get my therapy from. Well sometimes, other times it just makes me angry.
As usual sound ( and funny ) advice from the .org
Thank you

Chill out, give her a hug, and above all do not attempt to pry out of her what's going on in these sessions. It's none of your business until she decides to share it with you. Which I'd imagine she will when she feels more comfortable about it.
Yess, +1 to this man.
