You got to find some kind of common ground, ie where did you meet? was it another forum where he is a respected member? How did the exchange get set up in the first place, was it him or you who asked for the exchange, if it was you then you might be thinking he does'nt have the goods to exchange. In this case get him to take a photo of the goods with a ticket, with the date and his name beside it to prove ownership, you do this too, to establish trust. After that you just got to have faith or don't bother if you feel bad about it.
