Is there any way to stop it from blinking? I prefer to fill it up than to sit there watching it blink, blink, blink, blink ... ![]() |

Iirc the level for the flashing light is 5L and solid 2L, It will go soild so you can ignore the flashing if you want. I fill right to the brim and get between 120 and 150 before flashing depending on how heavy I am being on the throttle. Simple maths suggests I should make 200 miles before fumes. Never been brave enough to try it though.

Should be the other way around IMO. A solid light will grab your attention but not **** you off, a flashing light does my tree in even though i could go another 60 miles before i run out.
Even when my flashing light is on i know there's a fair bit of fuel in the tank, i can hear it too. I along with everyone else don't think you have a problem ![]() |

Just stick a bit of tape over it, or remove the bulb

Hi Guys
Is the SV1000 different? My K4 does not seem to have a flashing bit - it just goes solid after a couple of half hearted attempts. Cheers SVGrandad

I'm commuting on my k5 pointy at the moment.
Now I admit that I'm not taking any prisoners on the way to and from work (All I'll say is current best is 43 minutes with a fuel stop ![]() I bung about a tenner a day in the tank and mines flashing at the 120 miles mark so yours cant be too far out. |
