Oban - Several ones. Coasters on the sea front. Markie Dans, MacB's (think its called that)George st which is the main street. Its more of a club and is full of youngsters 18-20ish. Theres one just off the main street aswell, around the back behind subway, The lorne, its awesome on a sunday night

Tobermory there aint much choice! Macdonald arms for decent pub grub between 6pm - 8pm. Then onto Mishnish (affectionately named Pishnish) the toilets really are minging. But there aint many other places to go!

The Lorne, Oban. Is that the one with the huge horseshoe shaped bar in the centre of the room? I liked that one.

The other that I couldn't think of the other day.... Aulays Bar. A sort of two in one place, with the bar in the middle and one bar on each side of it. One side for each generation.

Lol. Yeah the Lorne is the one with the big horseshoe bar in the middle. They do lived music on a thursday or sunday (can't remember now, been a whole year since i lived up there lol)

we did the lorne last time we were there.....to be fair....we coudnt wait to get out, it was absolutely lifeless. probably the wrong night of the week.

we then went on to Markies which was much more fun, we spent the evening getting merry and playing playstation in the back room. we tried to sit outside but got eaten by the midgets.

A wee trick, Get Avon Skin so soft its a spray bottle, most effective midge repellant you will ever find, dont spend mega money on jungle formula etc

Aulay's in Oban was recommended to me the other day by a local of your age Mac. We will do well there.
