45mpg average here. I think I have had 60 before and much lower. I think pointy is better on juice.

I take it you guys don't have dyno jets/power commanders/K&N/Exhausts?

I get about 30mpg with my current set up - its a curvy with injected cams, K&N filter, Jets and scorpion exhaust (71 Bhp)

K6 Pointy with Standard exhaust and filter. Only change is SV1000 snorkel.

Nope bog standard with less than 400 miles on the clock. TBH I plan to change to a GSXR 600/750 in 12-18mths anyway so figure I will build experience on my pointy and then change over to something that will be more manic without needing any tweaks !
