dont worry about it unless the disc is foobar.. mine do it a little as the pads are a little ill fitting (due for replacement sooooon)

get the front/rear wheel up on a paddock stand then spin wheel and listen/feel for tight/loose spots, if you find one move that spot up and down to see if the pads are moving..

And this thick idiot has remebered this is how you check bearings too. (Paddock and listen for noise)

The SV brakes are just shocking in general.

Keep a good eye out for daft things like stones stuck in odd places. I had a funny noise coming from my back wheel once, that turned out to be a nail in the tyre hitting something on the way round.
