You are fine to ride there as its private and is not considered a road open to the public.

But you may get done for civil trespass (unlikely in most cases)

closed car parks are great for chewing chicken strips and practicing KD's

let her drop the instructors bikes not yours... dont even go there, just get her to do the training. after she has passed her test then you can teach her how to ride properly....
