Should/can I reheat it tomorrow?

If so microwave or pan?

Or am I going to have to be super fat and finish it all tonight?

no wonder you keep so trim

Tim - I usually microwave leftover risotto with a tight fitting-lid or clingfilm to keep it from drying out. Do it for 30 secs at a time and keep checking until it's just hot enough all the way thought or you'll rubberise it. If you don't have a microwave, melt some butter in pan and reheat gently but throroughly.

Can I do the same with a seafood Paella?

Just about to make one and it will be way too much for me (half th ingredients are in a packet, so I can't make a normal sized portion)...

Paella rice and risotto rice are very similar, so yeh. Just be aware of the well cooked seafood issue as mentioned before tho.
Or post me the left overs, i like paella.

I have been told you shouldn't reheat rice, as it can make you ill the next day. Somone correct me if I'm wrong, but I always cook it fresh.

Once it had cooled enough it went straight in the fridge. I'll find out in a few hours anyway!

I fitted new discs and pads yesterday (after buying a 20 quid bottle of threadlock ), get the new tyres put on tomorrow, pack Wednesday, put it all on the bike Thursday and check out the route, on the road Friday early doors.

I'll take a few photos Quiff, don't worry.
