Get physio on it. I dislocated my shoulder for the first time about 4 years ago and it kept dislocating and aching until the beginning of this year when I finally went for physio. Now it's much better.

I wasn't on the p1ss the night before, I'd had 4 pints of Coca Cola. It was a bit painful on the bike, but I just thought I was bruised from hitting the frame, had no idea it was dislocated. As time went on it got steadily worse so I went home and asked my housemate to dorp me at the hospital to get it checked. They found it still partially dislocated.
