He'll get done if caught carrying it in a public place.

In his briefcase perhaps not especially if he was on his way to/from work and he had an excuse for needing at work. but you never know.

^ he has no excuse just done it since about 1996 was a gift from his work lol, and never had any place to put it with me been young (could open draws even with latches) and has stayed in various breefcases ever since, in a black belt holster thing (obv not on his belt)

I don't know the regs, but maximum for carrying in a public place is a 3 inch blade and it can't be a lock knive

A samuri sword is ok as long as it is not sharpened or something.
Not really conclusive, but just I think I remember hearing that.

I think it's a can of worms this knive business.

no but i also think i have head that befor but just realised that you can still kill some one with a blunt swoard lol mind u wouldent suprise me if it were true with our sensible laws......

They'd most likely do you for carrying an offensive weapon if you strolled about swinging a blunt samarai sword over your head.
