Bite to eat & then play. Not sure about what tracks are legal, but there's plenty up there.
Teesside TRF may be able to help on that. ( or Google Lordstone & ask them ? )

Try to avoid A64 between Rillington & Scagglethorpe - dozy b's putting in some kerbstones & looks like it'll take 4ever. Bit like the journey!

Dave/Richie, having had another look at my route I could do the Lordstones cafe for about 1pm, if you pm me your mobiles in case I run late/get a puncture/get lost etc!

As for routes I've joined up with the TRF and have got some info from them, unfortunatley a lot of the tracks are no go, but there's still plenty left to have fun on. I'm trying to avoid the technical stuff at the start of the trip!

The bike is loaded and a little too full with fuel, it burped a bit over the garage floor which has now stunk the house out.

Tim from what the TRF have provided, would you still say its worth getting a trail bike for the NYM alone? Without joining them, they wont actually let you know how much is still open.

I'm only slowly getting info out of them, but I reckon there's probably a fair bit still open, although the hardest thing is trying to join sections up, there's a fair bit of road in between.
