The Answer Is ...
In a study released by Quality Planning, an analytics company that validates policyholder information for auto insurers, women came out on top.
The study analyzed different kinds of vehicle code violations (traffic violations) and then compared how many times men were cited versus women. The conclusion was that men break more traffic laws and drive more dangerously than women. Because they violate laws designed to make the roads safer, men cause more accidents and expensive damage.

wimin (sic) + bike = ???

Men and women make roughly the same number of mistakes when driving, it's just that women tend to do things like stall and men tend to do things like drive into a tree at 100mph in a Corsa with 20 inch wheels and a 300 watt subwoofer.

I know who'd I'd rather sit beside.

So after much too-ing and fro-ing it got agreed.

Had my quote from Mercedes for the repair, just shy of £2k, for a feckin door New door and everything.

Emailed my legal guy on Monday to chase what has been going on, are we any further etc. His reply this morning...
Good morning,

I have today chased the third party insurers requesting an update. Whilst their engineer agrees your vehicle is repairable and will agree figures at the garage, they have yet to hear back from their insured about the accident itself.

It seems that the claim was set up based on my letters and since then, they have been unable to get hold of the other driver by either phone or letter.

Whilst I will continue to chase the insurers, I must advise that our hands are tied by the protocol period we have to allow them to make their investigations. This period is 90 days from the date we sent our letter of claim (9th of Dec).

We will keep you updated in due course.

So what's the craic after this 90 days then peeps? She's up the creek, or am I?
So what was his reply?

Sorry mate, the quotes got all messed up. From Good Morning to Due course. I have had another reply from him...

Yeah we get this alot these days. Problem is, they represent her and will believe whatever she tells them to a point but the crux of this one is the fact she isn't speaking to them at all.

After that period is up, they have to make a decision, deal without prejudice due to her lack of response or we issue proceedings on her.
