![]() Another thing, throw a bucket of water over your brake calipers if you can...if its still salty/gritty on your roads, it will make your brake calipers drag, cause it gets everywhere. It won't help a lot, but it'll get rid of some of it..and hopefully slow down the dreaded seizing of brakes.

I've always been told to discount wet mileage when scrubbing in tyres, but what if you get new tyres and it rains for two weeks solid as happened to me the last time? I'd say double or triple your srcub in mileage and you'll be fine, until then ride like it's icy.
