Dude your 'needs' list is like £200's worth of crap. You'll lose shed loads of money if you sell it. Now get on that bay.

As you know, I think girth's about right with the valuation.

Or option I) is too weigh up the costs and possibly claim but I doubt it'll be economical.

Holdup, are you sure there is no engine damage? It looks like it was on its side for a while.

Tape it back together the best you can, replace essentials such as indicators/mirrors/brake levers, and then get out on it again. You can then keep an eye on the small adds/Ebay and pick up all the other bits you need slow time, if you haven't dropped it again before then....

You make no mention of the exhaust, did that survive undamaged?

I would make it into a naked bike, stick a GSXR front on it and keep it forever.
After my off it it cost me just over 1000 pounds for a GSXR Setup new tank / bars / Lines ect ect .
The bike cost me 2600. so with the 1000 pounds I have spent getting back on the road = 3600 I will never get that back for it now so i have decided to get a custom paint job on it and keep it till it dies or i die lol, its allays nice to have more than one bike anwyays so if you get a new IL4 bike in a few years you have always got the twin there as well best of both worlds .
