has the battery been changed?

if the battery is not tip top condition it will cause all sorts of problems.

how about revving the bike higher than 4k that might do the trick

could be a number of things, slight wet plug syndrome or carbs needing ballanced. hard to tell until things have been checked.

Yes living in spain does have good points, for example right now, 7 pm, it is 27 degrees and tonight we will have a moijito in the city while listening to music, outdoors of course.

My lawyer told me we need a dealer who will make an estimation of the problem.
If we have that we can get what we want from the shop, including 3 months insurance for nothing etc.
So on monday I will go to a Suzuki "concessario" para arreglarlo

Revving higher then 4k doesnt help, it even is more dangerous because shocks have more impact.

Well of course not, so now I recorded, well my girlfriend, recorded us riding and I sent the link to the shop....... they say they can not hear anything unnatural!!!!
So according to them the bike is ok after seeing the video.

A lawyer is talking to them to undo the contract and give me back my money!
I never ever want see these people again.

Somebody has changed the title of this posting.
My title was without the "cause?" bit because I am not interestaed in the cause, I am trying to undo the contract.

So now the title does not cover the intention of my posting.

Mine was doing that noise on tick over a bit. However I've been running it and it's fine now, maybe just needs a good run to clear the gunk out. Take it out for a good ride at a range of speeds to see if it sorts it out.
