80/100w Headlight bulbs in SV?

standard curvie bulbs shpuld be 45/45W according to the handbook and stamped on the back of the casing. I cant see why we get lower rated bulbs than most other countries, what the hells that all about?

I put 55/60w in mine as one blew and theyre fine, Ive never had a problem with the lights, am I the only one who thinks theyre actually alright?

it's the same on the pointy - 45w in UK and Canada, everywhere else gets 55w, maybe it's to do with having 2 of them? idk

I've done the same as you and I'm happy too - I guess a HID would make a big difference but I'm content with what I have

Mine has 60/55 Osram super bulbs and seems okay to me, but then again the 125 I was used to had a single 35/35...
