+1 on the above and to top it all off a back-log of parcels peak time of the year sucks ringpiece! Your looking at hundreds a day to be/cannot be delivered per driver which makes sorting the items a pain too.

Shoulda ordered from OCUK and built a proper PC anyways! That'll learn ya

DD I wasn't having a pop at the drivers, I know they work hard, its the system of delivery.

Anyway, surprise surpise after my phone call, my parcel was delivered yesterday! The tracking wasn't updated, so the manager must have organised an extra driver

Well that's ok then it's not really the drivers fault.

Oh yeah the whole system is pretty rubbish, but they'll keep using it as long as they can get away with it.
