If the brakes are ok to pass the mot then the advisories are just that,so have a critical look at what needs doing. The rear disc---is it just a bit worn or is it bent?If a bit worn it will probably be fine for a long while yet as long as it still delivers adequate braking force.A new set of pads might be all it needs. As for the fronts, discs are expensive so if it doesnt need them dont get them.A good clean up and new pads might be all that needs as well.
Rear tyre----Get one.Nothing worse than nearly worn out tyres especially at this time of year.
I won't flame you, I agree with you.

My discs are below the limit even after 25k, some heavy braking git must have owned it before me.

Or used after market pads that eat the discs! EBC's for example are meant to be rather harsh.

Well the brakes are very good, ive only compared them to the zr7 and r1 brake calipers on a fj1200 and mine stops much better. It could just be the other bikes werent bleed properly.

HH pads do tend to wear the discs quicker, but then there is always a price for better brakes.

I never put HH pads on the rear.

Never been particularly impressed with EBC's for road bikes, need warming up and eat discs. The ones I'm most impressed with tbh are OEM honda nissin's, cheap, fantastic and don't eat the discs, pity OEM suzuki pads aren't as good and reasonable priced!

If they weren't on the advisor, then there is no practical reason to change them.
If there's nothing wrong with the front discs then leave them alone and wait for them to wear out. It's pointless changing them for the hell of it just because you're changing the rear. As long as they are within the wear limit and aren't deeply scored then they're ok.

I've never been that impressed with EBC HH pads, always prefered the original ones or Vesrah JL replacements

I use whatever is cheapest on the rear, mainly because I hardly ever use the rear brake in motion so don't need top quality ones

I use OE pads in my CBR600 race/trackbike. They are the best value for money and work better than anything wlse I've tried
