use heat. hot air gun if youi have one or a hair dryer if thats all you have. try and get some rust off spray, wurth make it. its very good stuff

Seeing the pistons are rust around the pad face, i think they're bad.
still took a good 10 minutes to loosen them after being soaked in release oil

Sid I was on about the fronts with the pads and pins

heat them up with a hot air gun then wigle them . they should move then sand the pins copper slip them and bobs your uncle
