I got serious air time today on a road i'd not been down before. What looked like a small hump from a distance turned out to be a massive crest must have flew about 5-10ft with both wheels off the ground and came down with a thud, right on the man bags

I have had several serious mountain bike crashes that have cause significant pain and injury. The last one left me weeing blood because I smacked up my insides pretty bad, however they had to check inside and I swear to you it felt like he had his whole head and shoulders up there! He said it was just a finger, but I don't trust Doctors. The cause of the accident was racing down hill, losing control and hitting two large trees and a rock. Bent my frame by three degrees, but it was a Steel Orange, so I just straightened it and sold it.

If your man blobs are really sore, try a cooling pack or folded tea towel filled with crushed ice on them, but do not apply ice to bare skin in case it freezes, you don't want them to get frost bite and be sliced off!

I can confirm it was beer related....

My friend and I were carrying on and she managed to drop me on the floor onto to corner of a bit of wood....and OUCH!
