I made it "properly" (created a gingerbeer plant over a week, then leave for a month to brew) and that worked well.

I think th "sticking to it" recipe above is a great starting point for everyone, but yes, everyone should experiment.

Maybe we should have a Turbo Ginger Beer competition at the AR.

Get a pool of volunteers that are not njot taking part but like Ginger Beer, pick 5 at random, they taste-test blind and decide the winner
