@ Jordy - its probably about as irrational as the fear of tomato sauce dont know.. must be something from my childhood thats deep and dark and burried never to be understood.. i have an irrational fear of frogs too, but that i know stems from being chased by step-father holding one as a really young child..

No,it is not clostraphobia,I don't mind small spaces[e.g.lifts],its a fear of cave-ins,being buried alive, fire along with the amount of accidents and deaths that occur underground.
Probably not a lot of people on here have ever worked down a pit or mine so its hard for me to explain.

My nan's scared of 'small spoons' yep, that's tea spoon not some sort of mutant tiny spoon people slip in your food to choke you on.

My house mate is scared of cotton wool and moths - he doesn't sleep much.

An old teacher was scared of cottonwool too so we used to fill his pockets with it and tape it under door handles. He once couldn't go home one night until another member of staff was available to dig his car keys out of a pack.

I'll think of more...

There's an obvious question to be asked there!

He finds they intentionally fly directly into his face when I open my hands. Then he goes a bit white runs off and curls up/sits rocking somewhere.
He needs an urgent prescription for two testicles...

I'll question him about the evil dust?
Or I could tell him I powdered some into his food and see how he reacts?

I have a fear of Bear and inflatable paddling pools if the two are within 20 feet of each other - but with good reason.

I always thought that there was nothing that scared me, then while on a caving trip I got stuck in a tube. Drowing under ground is now something that fills me with utter pant wetting dread.

I also love critters, usually the ones that other really dislike. However, when I saw this, I actually felt very weird and had nightmares.

Theres one thing that makes me swear, shiver, gives me cold sweats, panic attacks and makes me scream like a biatch whilst pacing about pulling my own hair out.

I feel sick just thinking about it
