Using an angle grinder when a tiny shard of metal flew out and cut my eyebrow, inch lower and i'd have lost an eye, now have safety goggles.

As a 13 kid doing a clean up on my bike, inc a full oil of the chain I only went and oild the wheel rim.................. that the brake block should have binded on. OUCH!!!

Lots and lots.Makes an interesting read next to the "health and safety"thread.
Some of the daft things I have done over the years make me very slow to jump on the hang em and flog em blame bandwagon when someone else screws up.
