Loose/gungey connections. I just didnt think it would be that bad, Ohh well.

Turns out the fault was a SLICED wire going to the negative terminal, mechanic says it was a poor theft attempt.
 The steering lock is fine tho, I'm blown away lol. |

Wow! An extremely poor attempt. I can't even imagine what they were trying to do!
