This is a nice run. Stop in Epping at High Beach for a coffee, Saffron Walden at a cafe called Mocha for a Ganet Full English breakfast, or Finchingfield for an ice cream. Plenty of free bike parking in Cambridge the either head home through Herts or just blat back along the M11.

You can even stop off at Hideout in Radwinter.
