Not really. Steering area is different. K1-3 basically drops in, lockstops and lock works fine, head bearings are identical.

Same head bearings, not sure about lock stops and lock though.
You can use K4 forks in srad yokes(curvy) or K1-3 yokes(pointy) if you want those forks and radial brakes

where's that table gone that used to show the match up for parts/sizes required for the swap?

guess i'm a cheeky so and so as i was thinking of doing the bearings for forum members so they don't have to get from across the pond. it's not rocket science.

K4/5 GSXR600 (K3/4 1000) complete front end will drop straight in to the pointy with no work whatsoever. The clip-ons are best changed for TL1000S ones but isn't 100% necessary. Then the only work left to do is the speedo pick up. It's all been well documented on here...In fact I think all the info you will need will be in my GSXR conversion thread in the photo section.

It seems the blog that gave all the details for what parts go with what other parts and what SV they will fit has disappeared!

If it's for a track bike consider just doing springs, oil & maybe debrix emulators.
Seemed to work OK for mine, and the minitwin specs aren't a bad set of guidelines to work towards. Jambo

K7 750 drops straight in too (with speedo mod). Only difference is steering lock position is straight on as opposed to on the left hand side.
