Yes.
Make sure the area you're lifting on is flat and firm, put a rubber band around the front brake lever, don't lift it too far, be sensible when it's lifted and make sure you choose and pack the area of the motor you lift on carefully - as far back and as far to the right as possible is best, i.e. as far away from the stand as possible. When it's lifted it will be perfectly stable if you do it properly, but obviously you'll need to loosen/tighten all the fasteners while it's on it's wheels.

Your trolley jack will be fine. Don't jack dead centre and try to balance the bike upright, you will drop it. It should still be leaning on the sidestand with the jack off centre on the opposite side, so you have a tripod, between side stand, front wheel, and jack.

Cheers for the advice people, im guna see if i have a ladder as that might be a better option for me, if not im just going to use axle stands and a trolley jack
