It needs more and bigger tasteful pillars across the front.
And put the price up to deter the hoi polloi.

Was wondering how much houses were along there. Drove past it in the summer, when we went to the crem.

However.....tiz a bit.....er loud

Not your house, doesn't quite fit my vision of what your taste would be!

Think we should get Lloyd Grossman in. It's poof daddies house! Wot gives with the Greek garden?

Kitchens ok though!

Jeez. I took some stick when I papered one small wall in my living room with black paper printed with holographic foil komodo dragons. Especially from my mum when she found out it cost £94 a roll.

Maybe a water feature in the front garden for kerb appeal?

Bungalow = old people.
Old people = imperial, not metric... change the leaflet to include imperial measurements.

Old people = wrinklies...
Wrinklies don't like mirrors = lose some of the mirrors.

Two people having sex + mirrors = orgy... what's your best price

Very bling! Could it be the two bedrooms putting folk off? Perhaps three bedrooms more popular? Remember the market is slow at mo pet and noone has money in January. Just needs the right person through the door to fall in love with it. Hang on in there x
