Have bought this battery:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2512318163...84.m1439.l2649 Was a direct replacement for the Dynavolt that was in the bike already, which in turn was an upgrade on the OEM battery. I did wonder why my fusebox wouldn't clip down correctly, turns out these upgrade batteries are 1cm or so taller than the OEM's

Another thing I've noticed with the SV is that the battery doesn't seem to have a vent hose. On my Ducati Monster the vent hose clipped onto the battery itself and vented out near the rear wheel, however I can't see one on the SV
