just get a normal satnav, had mine for 8 years now and am due an upgrade now, lol it's been upgraded once in that time and covered many thousands of miles in car van and bike, garmin btw.

I've a Navman s90i. In a waterproof case, bar mounted, been used for over 100k without a problem, beauty of it is only £50 if I need to replace it.

I'll save up for another one I guess. I've got plans to visit some places and I think having a good SatNav would aid me and make my journey less of a hassle. I've got plans to ride in Eastern Europe, America, Russia, Africa. I've got a mate riding from London to Lagos in West Africa with about 10 friends; they plan to sell their bikes there and fly back to the UK.......I would love to do something crazy like that not too long from now. |
