I shouldn't have shown this to my wife - she wants one of those summerhouses.


Actually, I quite fancy building one of them - looks reasonably DIY-able. Did the kit need much adjustment/correction?

SP1, just looking at that shed site, but not knowing anything about sheds (other than that ours is at a wonk and I suspect falling down), which are the best quality/most sturdy ones to be looking at?

As for your summer house/cinema room, that looks great! Was there power already going to the place or did you have to do that as well (or have I identified a flaw in your plan? )

Main thing Tam, get base level, it's basically a kit, start off level and just every few rows just check its staying level and plumb, persuade it where necessary

I went for the thickest wall they do, 44mm thick, they start at 28mm I think, but my attitude was, I'm spending a lot of money, I want it to last.
No permanent power as yet, it's next job, I've bought the stuff, just need a spare day to do it, putting a garage consumer unit in then armoured cable back to fuse box.
