I've got a low wattage heater that i keep on through the winter, about a 1p an hour running cost.Got it out of Argos, keep's most of the metal shed dry and keeps most of the dampness off the bike.Right now the problem is that the inside of the roof get iced up then the heat turns it into water again, but when it's that cold i put a cover over her to keep her dry.P.S once a week i make sure that she is dry under the cover, if not i take the cover off and dry her.Good luck -5 tonight up here.

You could try a garden centre for a greenhouse heater, they will have a lower minimum setting and most likely to have a timer attached. Should be waterproof too.
