I used to fight my sister when I was younger, does that count?? She was 3 years older than me.

Other than that, i have physically ejected a woman from the house and slapped a woman for slapping me (not a full one, just one to make a noise). But i wouldnt put that in the same class of "hitting" as in punch/thump as it wasnt intentioned to hurt just shock.

I've been on the receiving end of someone who thought it was ok to hit women not only did he put me in hospital but after i walked away he the next girl in hospital too

i've been hit by a woman. She tried to stab me first but i got the knife off her so then she lamped me one in face and then in the b*llocks. during the fight the knife caught my wrist and just missed the main artery.

all caught on cctv and she just finished doing a 5 year stretch for attempted murder.

that was a bad moment for me, i don' think i've ever been so scared in my life!

Never had to hit a woman I'm glad to say, even my ex who had a go at me a few times.

Women have no concept of fighting fair, they fight to win and will use any weapon at their disposal including the fact that most blokes I'm glad to say still hold back even under the greatest from hitting women. Is this misplaced gallantry?
