I am paying £330 fully comp with £500 excess. Thats with Motorcycle Direct, the main reason that I bought the bike I did really.

Fell off my chair when the quote came through. Closest I got was £410 from Bennets.

I live 4 miles from Glasgow airport.

This is weird. I'm also with Motorcycle Direct and I'm also 29 and got my SV650S as my first bike in March. I have 3 points and its parked on the street without an alarm or immobiliser. My premimum was £251. The only difference is the area - Purley in Surrey but I didn't realise it makes that much difference!

Default insurance

Central London, garaged, no locks/immobilisers, 45, 3 points, TPFT = £81.90. Ebike . The advantages of being an old git.
