Nice job Si! I also have black paint & laquer on my fork lowers and it's stayed on really well. Started to look a bit scruffy in the last couple of months (picked up a few stone chips), but has otherwise been good for c. 15K miles. Certainly looks a lot better than most non-painted fork lowers do after 35K miles anyway!!

The yolk I did in situ. A proper job will be done some time in the future. Time will tell if they will wear better than the crap job that Suzuki did on the forks.

It took two days to do including dismantling and fitting them back on again.

Fantistic Forks....

Me thinking I was going to get mine powder coated but, now I think I'll reconsider... Well done Mr Ape
