Err, btw, he's only got one speeding conviction against his name and the points for that have already disappeared; the rest are insurance and license related.
Why does having alot of points make him an accident waiting to happen? Is it because he must speed alot to get them all? I speed alot and I know that most of the people I've ridden with do as well. A guy on VD worked out that he could earn some stupid number of points on his morning commute just by riding 10mph over the limit for the journey. That's hardly the crime of the century. I don't personally care either way whether he gets banned or not. From my reading of the article none of the current points were actually related to his standard of drivingl and presumably he's now sorted out his other legal issues. One minute.. .   next second.. boys in blue are there and its  But yes, i agree that on this particular case... 31 points.. he should not only be banned, it should be extended retest, one hell of a fine, AND id even recommend some custodial. Insurance and Licenses offences ridiculous... he should be punished. |

yes you are, joke
in some cases i can understand that it is easy to be caught out, (like cameras hiding round corners) but 31 points is OTT, but this guy must be doing sumit right to get away with it! |

a range of offences they must be driving related to recive them! i am just saying that you cant be caught if you don't do anything wrong, if you do you need to accept the consequences, and you are stupid to think other wise, also you are stupid if you don't see the visable gatso on the side of the road, but getting pulled after being followed by a unmarked police car/bike i can understand |
