Could be worse mate, you'rs was a genuine drop, I bent my brake lever backing the Kwak into the living room to do this shims

Luckily it wasn't too far out and I *convinced* it back into shape with some large ring spanners

'twas not the Ninja's fault, was all operator error, from parking it near vertically on an off camber, to hauling just that bit too hard on the left pannier...

just unscrew from the top with a flat head driver put the new one in .
WAIT!

Take the 10mm nut off of the bottom end of the pivot bolt FIRST.

When refitting, put the bolt in gently just 'til it's seated, not overtight, then fit the nut to the bottom, and, holding the pivot with a screwdriver so it doesn't turn out, nip the nut up against the holder.
