Awwww, but Tarantulas are so cute n fuzzy. Kind of double the fun of your average Hamster - fluffy, but with eight legs!

My new manager's extremely cool, I have to say. My old manager, on the other hand, was so bad it's funny with hindsight. Some of what she used to do, I can only put down to mental illness.

My manager is superb. You respect him and consequently don't take the michael, so he leaves you alone unless you ask for his help. I do a lot more work this way and the workplace is so much better because of him. I've worked under some real ****s before, so I appreciate what a benefit it is.

What makes it worse for me is that I have never worked for a complete tosser before. All my managers up to now have been really good. I know I am probably going to regret looking for an out because of one person, but I really cannot put up with him.
