oh isn't it nice to feel wanted!!!!!

I'll certainly be continuing to check site out. I've looked an equivelent ZX one. It is no way near good as this one.

Keep it up!

I've had two SV's in the last year (first one was written off ) and I've really enjoyed it. I too have been thinking about trading it in however for a ZX-6R cos of the great finance deal at the moment - anyone seen an 06 model for less than £5699? Thinking of getting one if I can get a good p/x on the SV,

Cheers,
Matt

I'd snap their arm off if I were you.

You won't find a new one at that price. Also, I was told that supplies are drying up as the uptake and small bit of good weather has resulted in demand.

Black is difficult to get now.

I'm getting the metallic raw titanium as it is unusual and I beleive that it won't mark easily, as this is the downfall for a black coloured one.

Can't wait till weekend, like waiting for xmas!!

Been there done that.
I have a ZX9R but I tend to use Mrs Biggles SV for most of my riding.Around here(North London)the naked SV is a more useable bike and just as much fun most of the time. The price we pay for living in this speed obsessed overcrowded corner of the world.

Yeah five and a half is about as good as you will get and yeah 0% finance is about at the moment.

Get one now. Next years looks like it is likely to be reduced to 599cc so you are running out of time to get a 636.

Shame really, but I don't know what effect it will have on me buying one. I'll probably stick with the SV - it's super and much better than I am (or will probably ever be)

Yeh I heard a few mumbles about build quality etc. before I bought. I asked around though and apart from one guy on this forum who really doesn't like Triumphs and thought the ST still used carbs, I haven't found anyone able to tell me "all the bolts fell after 6months" or "my ST spontainiuosly combusted after a short trip to the chip shop". My other serious choices were the Fazer 1000, Z750s, and SV1000.

Enjoyed test riding all the bikes, but the Fazer was to noisey and vibey, the Z750 wasn't as nice to ride as the Sprint and let's face it, the Triumph has to stand the test of time better than the SV1000 which was my second choice.

One guy suggested the quality complaints were related to various issues arrising from a factory fire, and "everythings back to normal" in a shiny new facility.

Will let you know how I get on!
