What surprises me is that she hasn't made a counter claim that he was acting as a Peeping Tom, particularly as there is hard evidence (and please excuse the pun) on video tape and his admission of having filmed it. Unsolicited voyeurism is now a criminal offence as I understand it.

On a serious note, 55 is a bit old to be letting it all hang out. But us Brits are way too uptight about this kind of thing in general. If this was in continental Europe there wouldn't be an issue. Least common sense prevailed though, although I can't believe this went to court. What a waste of time and money.

I work at oxford university and the parks here are owned by the uni so you can sunbathe topless if you wish and also swim in the river naked if you want to, the police can do nothing as it is private land covered by university law which states that it is allowed.
