Don't use the Auto-Glym stuff on the visor, the chemicals in it make the helmet and visor go brittle over time, especially on Arai! it weakens the mechanisms and eventually the break off!!

use the shift it cleaners, and polish for the oustside, and make sure that you remove the visor when cleaning it and the helmet so that excess polish/cleaner doesn't settle in the mechanisms.

Also if you polish the visor with the polish it acts like a rain free and also makes the bugs easier to clean off

Yeah. Well, almost. if you have spore forming bacteria, (ie most of them) you want to freeze-> 18 hour thaw->freeze->thaw again.

You want the lads to come out of hiding, and instantly zap them again. This works with dust mites very well (if you are allergic).

Even then you wont get all of them. And, at the slightest chance they will just multiply back up to the former colony sizes.

What you want to do it remove their food (Oils and dead skin), which stops them from starting. And your best bet is a good wash and rinse in the shower.
